1. In a large wok or pan, add bok choy, broccoli, cauliflower, and king oyster mushrooms. 2. Pour soy sauce and a splash of water over the vegetables. Cover and cook for 5 minutes until they begin to soften. 3. Add the thinly sliced beef to the wok, mix, and cover to cook. 4. Once the beef is mostly cooked, add the baby corn. 5. Pour in the entire packet of spicy stir-fry sauce and a spoonful of honey for sweetness. 6. Add the sliced mushrooms and noodles to the wok. 7. Stir-fry all the ingredients together until everything is well-coated in the sauce and cooked through. 8. Garnish with a generous amount of fresh cilantro before serving. 9. Serve hot, optionally with a side of rice.
