What you need

tbsp gochujang

tbsp honey

oz bean sprouts

tbsp sesame oil

tbsp mirin

Instructions
1. In a small bowl, combine chopped garlic, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, gochugaru, gochujang, and honey to create the sauce. Mix well. 2. Take a slice of beef and place a small handful of bean sprouts on it, then roll it up tightly. Repeat with the remaining beef and sprouts. 3. In a wide pot or pan, place a layer of sliced onions at the bottom. 4. Add a layer of the remaining bean sprouts on top of the onions. 5. Arrange the beef and bean sprout rolls on top of the bean sprouts. 6. Add enoki mushrooms over the beef rolls. 7. Pour the prepared sauce evenly over all the ingredients in the pot. 8. Cover the pot with a lid and cook on medium heat for approximately 20 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. 9. Serve hot, for example with a side of rice.
