What you need

tbsp mirin

tbsp honey

cup soy sauce
head fresh garlic

tbsp sesame oil

lb beef brisket

tsp sesame seed

pinch black pepper

Instructions
1. In a small bowl, prepare the marinade by combining the chopped garlic, chopped spring onions, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, and honey. Mix well. 2. In a larger bowl, add the sliced onions and the thinly sliced brisket. 3. Season the brisket and onions with black pepper. 4. Pour the prepared marinade over the meat and onions. 5. Mix everything together thoroughly with your hands to ensure the meat is evenly coated. 6. Transfer the mixture to a pot or a large pan over medium-high heat. 7. Stir-fry until the brisket is cooked through. 8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. 9. Garnish with fresh spring onions before serving. 10. Serve hot, ideally with a side of rice.
