What you need

cup soy sauce

tsp sesame oil
tbsp gochugaru

green onion

oz bean sprouts

tbsp oyster sauce

lb beef

oz beef broth

clove garlic clove

tbsp honey
tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
1. Soak the sweet potato vermicelli noodles in water to soften them. 2. In a small bowl, prepare the sauce by combining soy sauce, gochugaru, oyster sauce, and honey. Mix well. 3. Heat oil in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced beef and cook until just browned. Remove the beef from the pan and set it aside. 4. In the same pan, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. 5. Add the soaked noodles, bean sprouts, and beef broth or water to the pan. 6. Pour the prepared sauce over the ingredients in the pan. 7. Cover the pan and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, allowing the noodles and sprouts to cook and absorb the sauce. 8. Uncover the pan, stir everything together, and drizzle with sesame oil. 9. Return the cooked beef to the pan and top with chopped green onions. 10. Serve immediately.
