Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix together the doenjang, mirin, and honey to create the marinade. 3. Lightly season the salmon fillets with salt. 4. Spread the marinade evenly over the salmon fillets. 5. Place the marinated salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet. 6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze is lightly caramelized. 7. Serve the salmon with cooked rice and sliced avocado. 8.
