lb pork belly

tbsp sesame oil
tbsp gochugaru

tbsp soy sauce

head cabbage

cup rice

tbsp sugar

clove garlic clove
Instructions
1. Prepare the marinade sauce in a bowl. 2. Roughly chop the cabbage and place it in the bottom of a pot. 3. Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. 4. Layer the pork belly pieces evenly on top of the cabbage. 5. Pour the prepared marinade sauce over the pork belly. 6. Cover the pot and cook over medium heat, allowing the contents to steam until the pork is cooked through and the cabbage is tender. 7. Serve the steamed pork belly and cabbage hot with fresh rice.
