What you need

oz bean sprouts

tbsp honey

onion

tbsp mirin

bunch scallion

lb beef

tbsp sesame seed

tsp sesame oil
tbsp vegetable oil

clove garlic clove
bunch perilla leaves

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp oyster sauce
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, combine chopped garlic, soy sauce, mirin, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and honey to create the sauce (yangnyeom). 2. Heat oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onion and scallions and stir-fry until they begin to soften. 3. Add the thinly sliced beef to the pot and cook, stirring occasionally, until it is mostly cooked through. 4. Pour the prepared sauce over the beef and onions and stir well to combine. 5. Add the enoki mushrooms, cover the pot, and cook for about 2 minutes until they start to wilt. 6. Add the soybean sprouts and perilla leaves on top of the mixture. Cover and let it steam for another 2-3 minutes, until the sprouts are tender-crisp. 7. Uncover the pot, stir all the ingredients together thoroughly until well combined. 8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately, often with a side of steamed rice.
